These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and tkapk governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and responsible gaming obligations. Minimum Deposit ৳200

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

Account Security Is Your Responsibility

1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between tkapk (referred to as "tkapk", "we", "us", or "the platform") and any individual (referred to as "you", "the player", "the user", or "the account holder") who accesses, registers with, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the tkapk online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tkapk.net.
By completing the tkapk registration process, by depositing funds, or by otherwise using any feature of the tkapk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the tkapk platform.
tkapk reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. 2 Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register a tkapk account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tkapk operates a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and contrary to tkapk's values.
- You are a natural person registering for personal, non-commercial recreational use. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold tkapk accounts.

- You have not previously had a tkapk account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.
tkapk reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, tkapk requires all account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Accepted identity documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
In addition to identity documents, tkapk may request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name). KYC documents are processed and reviewed by tkapk's compliance team within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until the process is complete.
One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active tkapk account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms. tkapk uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, tkapk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. tkapk will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.
If you suspect that your tkapk account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkapk support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured. tkapk will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tkapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
- Bank Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank
Payment method availability is subject to change. tkapk will endeavour to notify players of any changes to available payment methods with reasonable advance notice.
3.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT). There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your tkapk account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. tkapk does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your tkapk account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT). Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices.
Verified accounts (those with completed KYC) typically receive withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile financial service accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows or during peak processing times may be subject to brief delays. tkapk processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays.
Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, all of the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been met or the bonus has been forfeited; (c) your account is in good standing with no open investigations or compliance holds. Withdrawals may be delayed where tkapk's compliance team requires additional verification of a transaction.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on the tkapk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. tkapk does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Game balances, bonus credits, and winnings are all displayed and settled in BDT.
4 Bonus Terms
4.1 General Bonus Conditions
tkapk offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Bonuses are offered at tkapk's absolute discretion. tkapk reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in active wagering.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your tkapk account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn).
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports betting, and instant-win games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the terms of each individual bonus offer.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus offer. Bonuses that have not been wagered through within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
- If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus, you may forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Your original real-money deposit balance (minus any real-money wagers already placed) will remain available for withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
tkapk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine game risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms; and exploiting errors or bugs in the platform to generate unintended bonus credits.
Consequence of Bonus Abuse. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, tkapk reserves the right to void all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings associated with the abusive activity, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending a full review. These actions are taken at tkapk's discretion and in proportion to the severity of the abuse identified.
4.4 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the tkapk login and meet the specific eligibility criteria published with each offer. Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, bonuses are available to players from all divisions of Bangladesh. tkapk reserves the right to exclude specific players, player groups, or geographic areas from specific promotional offers where required.
5 User Obligations
By using the tkapk platform, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkapk platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration, KYC, or bonus claiming
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Attempting to access, use, or modify any part of the tkapk platform through unauthorised technical means including bots, scripts, automated tools, or reverse engineering
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
- Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or funds that are not beneficially owned by you
- Attempting to circumvent tkapk's security systems, KYC processes, or responsible gaming tools
- Registering more than one tkapk account, whether in your own name or using false identity details
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing tkapk support staff or other players in any tkapk communication channel
5.2 Accurate Information
You are obligated to ensure that all personal information held in your tkapk account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. tkapk will not be liable for failed communications or failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.
5.3 Responsible Use
You agree to use the tkapk platform in a responsible manner consistent with the principles set out in the tkapk Responsible Gaming Policy. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed. tkapk encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and session time limits within their account settings and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform at all times.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Outcomes

6.3 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games at tkapk are streamed from the studios of Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live dealer game round, the outcome that was determined on the studio's server at the point of the failure will stand as the settled result. tkapk will not void live dealer game results on the basis of a player's device disconnection.
Malfunctions Void All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting any game on the tkapk platform, tkapk reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to refund the wagered stakes to the accounts of affected players. Malfunction voids are applied uniformly and without discrimination.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your tkapk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing an account closure request, tkapk will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and any active bonus wagering requirements have been resolved. Account closure requests that are motivated by responsible gaming concerns (for example, a self-exclusion request) will be actioned immediately without the standard processing delay.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by tkapk
tkapk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 5.1
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Confirmed operation of duplicate or multiple accounts

7.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by tkapk — your access to the platform will be terminated. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure that is not subject to a withholding review will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
Withholding During Investigations. Where an account is closed pending a compliance or fraud investigation, tkapk reserves the right to withhold the account balance for the duration of the investigation, which may take up to 30 days. Players are entitled to be informed that an investigation is in progress and to cooperate by providing any documentation requested by the compliance team.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
tkapk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, tkapk does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures (including payment provider outages), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. tkapk will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability outside of its direct control.
8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkapk's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tkapk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
8.3 Third-Party Content
Game content, live dealer streams, and sports betting data on the tkapk platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studios. tkapk is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party supplied material and exercises no editorial control over third-party game content beyond ensuring that providers meet tkapk's quality and fairness standards prior to integration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
